Token Bound Account (aka TBA)

Concept of Token-bound-account in protocol.

Token Bound Account is a fully fledged version of ERC6551Account that is implemented in protocol. Alongside with original standards, we support ERC721Receiver and ERC1155Receiver standard in this implementation.
